• Use sturdy kraft paper self sealing bags for packaging.
• Accurate ratio: First add clean water to the bucket, then slowly and evenly sprinkle the plaster powder into the water until a small "island" is formed on the surface of the water, and the plaster powder no longer sinks rapidly (controlled at about 35 grams of water per 100 grams of plaster powder). Let it stand for 1-2 minutes to allow the gypsum powder to fully absorb water.
• Stirring and Mixing: After allowing the mixture of powder and water to stand for 1-2 minutes, gently stir for about 1-3 minutes. Intense stirring can cause the formation of tiny bubbles. You absolutely don't want bubbles. We cannot add gypsum powder again to speed up this process. This will only produce clumps that cannot be stirred or crushed.
• After completing these steps, you need to use them promptly. If left for more than 10 minutes, they will harden and become irreparable.
